Technical Product Manager (BSS-telecom)

A leading technology and telecommunications company is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager – BSS to support product management and system development for its telecommunications business. The role will work across business requirements, system requirements, functional design, delivery, and production operations while coordinating closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Define and clarify business, system, functional, integration, and operational requirements
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors
- Create and review functional and system interface specifications
- Manage project scope, schedules, and development backlogs
- Support multiple development projects and ensure smooth delivery
- Support system testing and preparation of test cases and scenarios
- Handle production issues and support troubleshooting and operational improvements
- Contribute to system design, delivery, and continuous improvement of BSS platforms

Required skills:
- 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in product management or upstream design/R&D at a vendor
- Strong technical knowledge of IT, including protocols, databases, and coding
- Experience defining business and system requirements
- Practical experience with functional and system interface design
- Experience creating or reviewing test cases and scenarios
- Experience troubleshooting production issues
- Experience managing multiple development projects in parallel
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
