About the Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a sophisticated People and Culture function in a 12-month parental leave contract.
Supporting an approximately 200-employee client group across a broad range of corporate functions, you will partner with multiple Heads of Department and senior leaders, providing strategic and practical people advice across a varied portfolio. The role offers significant variety and requires someone who can operate confidently across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, culture, employee relations, talent, performance and change.
A key focus of the role will be supporting leaders as they continue to embed new operating models and ways of working. You will help assess effectiveness, identify opportunities for uplift, strengthen leadership capability and ensure sustainable adoption of organisational change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
You are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in complex and high-impact environments. You are commercially mature, adaptable and capable of building credibility quickly with senior leaders who have different operating styles and priorities.
You enjoy variety and are comfortable moving between strategic partnering, coaching, employee relations, organisational change and operational delivery. You are known for your sound judgement, pragmatism and ability to provide balanced advice in situations that require discretion and sensitivity.

- Coaching and supporting leaders to build engaged, inclusive and high-performing teams.
- Driving change initiatives and supporting leaders through periods of organisational evolution.
- Contributing to enterprise-wide people programs and collaborating closely with Centres of Excellence and HR Operations teams.
- Leading and developing an HR Advisor while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across the broader People and Culture function.
- Ensuring compliance with governance requirements, policies and employment frameworks.

You will bring:
- Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent people leadership role.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives, business leaders and Heads of Department.
- Strong employee relations capability and experience managing complex workplace matters.
- Experience across organisational design, workforce planning, operating model implementation and organisational change.
- A track record of supporting leadership capability, culture initiatives and transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to challenge constructively while maintaining trusted adviser relationships.
- Experience within large, structured, regulated, professional services or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline would be advantageous.
- Sydney CBD location, hybrid working with 2 days at home.
