Senior Project Manager - Relocation to Brisbane

This is a multi-staged project, working with a repeat client. Join a firm with a quality reputation in Southeast Queensland. Looking to the future, after this immediate project, you will have the opportunity to work a mix of the companies own developments, ECI and D&C projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
• Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.

About You:

• Proven experience as a PM or SPM. 
• Experience in delivering luxury apartment new build projects. 
• Strong expertise in managing projects of $80M+ value.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
