Registered Care Home Manager Location: Blackpool Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and dementia care home located in the beautiful seaside town of Blackpool. This is a confidential vacancy within a welcoming 29-bed service that currently holds a Good CQC rating across all areas. The home benefits from a stable and supportive team environment, including a dedicated Deputy Manager already in post. We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking leader who can continue driving high standards of person-centred care, team development, and operational excellence ahead of the home’s next inspection.
