We're currently seeking experienced Donor Support, Supporter Care and Fundraising Administration professionals for multiple temporary, contract and permanent opportunities with leading not-for-profit organisations across Sydney.

These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy building positive relationships with donors, managing fundraising databases, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting fundraising teams behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to donor and supporter enquiries via phone and email
• Processing donations, regular giving and fundraising transactions
• Maintaining accurate donor records and database integrity
• Managing acknowledgements, receipts and supporter communications
• Supporting fundraising campaigns and appeals
• Handling data entry, reporting and administrative tasks
• Working closely with fundraising and engagement teams

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:

• Previous experience in a Donor Support, Supporter Care, Fundraising Administration or Customer Service role
• Experience working within a not-for-profit, charity, membership or fundraising environment
• High attention to detail and a donor-centric approach
• Experience with Raiser's Edge and/or Salesforce highly desirable
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
