Asst Store Manager | Brisbane Southside

We're partnering with a well-known household name that's opening its brand-new flagship drive thru café, and we're looking for a Store Manager to lead the team from day one.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a new opening while having the backing of an established brand. You'll take the lead in the day-to-day running of a busy drive thru café, building a strong team, driving sales, and making sure every customer has a great experience.

You'll be hands-on in the operation, leading from the front while coaching and developing your team. From managing labour and stock to keeping service standards high, you'll have the autonomy to run the store as if it's your own.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy drive thru café.
• Drive sales, labour, and store performance.
• Recruit, train and roster your team.
• Manage stock, ordering and minimise waste.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service.

What we're looking for:

• Previous leadership experience in a café, coffee, hospitality or drive thru/QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, labour and sales performance.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
