What You'll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day operations and service
- Supporting and developing a team of around 20 staff
- Driving a positive team culture and strong employee engagement
- Coaching, mentoring and training team members
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to elevate performance and standards
- Experience in a leadership, whether in a café, QSR, restaurant or casual dining environment
- A genuine passion for people and team development
- Hands-on leadership style and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- $65,500 - $68,000 + Super
- Stable full-time roster
