About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead NAK's social and community function, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing social and community strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Driving audience growth, engagement and brand awareness across TikTok and Instagram
- Leading influencer, creator gifting and community-building programs locally and internationally
- Identifying trends, insights and opportunities to strengthen brand relevance and performance
- Managing content planning and social reporting, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Supporting major campaigns, launches, activations and retailer initiatives
- Building strong relationships with creators, ambassadors, agencies and industry partners
- Mentoring and developing a Social Media Coordinator while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Partnering closely with Marketing, Creative and International teams to deliver integrated brand experiences
You'll bring experience leading social media, community, content or creator programs within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
You'll likely have:
- Proven success developing social strategies that deliver audience growth and engagement
- Experience leading influencer, gifting or creator partnership programs
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and evolving social platforms
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Experience mentoring, coaching or leading junior team members
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence using analytics to inform decision-making
