FP&A Manager (Business Partnering, APAC coverage, MNC)

Overview

Our client is a fast-growing multinational company with a strong global footprint across multiple regions. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with senior stakeholders, drive commercial insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Your New Role:

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making across regional markets.
• Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights on business performance, profitability, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes to support business objectives.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support business expansion, transformation initiatives, and strategic investment projects.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate commercial opportunities and key decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting, performance tracking, and decision support.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial planning, reporting processes, and governance framework.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, strategic finance, or related areas.
• Strong financial modelling, business analysis, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
