We’re looking for a HSE Advisor role to support a range of commercial fit out projects.
This will be a sole advisor position across multiple projects, so we need someone who can work autonomously, manage their own time, and step in where needed to support the team and sites.
The role would suit someone practical, approachable, and confident building relationships with site teams, subcontractors, and clients. Strong interpersonal skills are important — we’re after someone people actually enjoy working with, not just someone who can tick compliance boxes.

- Supporting multiple commercial fit out projects
- Carrying out site inspections and general HSE support
- Assisting teams with safety processes, SWMS, incidents, and compliance
- Building good working relationships across projects
- Helping maintain a positive and practical safety culture
- Filling gaps and supporting where needed day-to-day
- Experience in construction or commercial fit outs
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
