Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale building and construction projects. Reporting to the senior management, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring completion within budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage and coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, resources, and risks, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a reputable main contractor, managing large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and Singapore building regulations.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
