About the Role
Our client is looking for an Digital Campaign & Communications Associate to join them.

In this role, you will support the execution of client communications and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns and communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with business and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital Platforms, Product and other business functions, gaining broad exposure to digital marketing, campaign management, client communications and financial services operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple campaigns and initiatives running concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review and execution of client communications across digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance and tracking.
  
  
• Perform data validation and fulfilment activities to ensure client lists, campaign targeting and communication outputs are accurate and complete.
  
  
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign progress and assist with resolving operational issues.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure campaigns and communications are delivered on time.
  
  
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates and communication materials.
  
  
• Support ad hoc projects and other campaign or client communication initiatives as required.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, communications, campaign management or operations.
  
  
• Candidates without full-time experience but with relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management or operations may also be considered.
  
  
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Financial Services or FinTech will be an advantage.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and coordination skills.
  
  
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Adaptable, proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes quickly.
