General Assembler - 1st

Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play a key role in the production of high-quality blowers, fans, and motors. Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, you will ensure that all components are assembled and installed to meet our stringent quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, c-clamps, scratch awls, and hammers for assembly tasks.
• Assemble and install blowers, fans, and motors.
• Install panels and use pneumatic glue guns effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to push up to 50 pounds on a conveyor system.
• Completion of Wiring Certification training.
• Capability for constant/frequent standing and frequent kneeling, crawling, or stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
