Role & Responsibilities:

Within the Entity, and under the responsibility of the Site General Manager and his/her functional manager(s):

  • Is responsible for the HR impact to Entity's operational performance
    • Defines targets and deploys improvement plans
    • Is accountable for the results
  • Is the key partner for Entity's management
    • Leads the deployment of HR tools, processes & policies, and coaches managers
    • Anticipates, advises, and manages HR impact of transformations (technological, organizational, etc.), and drives the change management plan
    • Coaches managers on HR related topics
  • Co-leads with HSE manager the Health, Safety & Working conditions
    • Ensures the respect of all Health / Security / Environment rules
    • Takes into account all identified risks and manage them with QRQC tools
    • Monitors unfitness situations and drives the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitness
    • Leads Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan
    • Guides managers in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities
    • Manages risk and also financial impacts of Health, Safety & Working conditions
  • Manages the HR department
    • Acts as a Leader for the HR team by developing individual and collective performance
    • Recruits, trains, and develops HR team members
    • Proposes changes and continuous improvement action plan to optimize HR organization and results
    • Is accountable for reliability and quality of data managed by the team
  • Leads, defines, and deploys HR Strategy
    • As a member of the management Committee, and under the Site General Manager's responsibility, defines and deploys the Entity's HR Strategy, in line with the Group, BG, PG-PL-RO and legal entity orientations
    • Builds and deploys the communication and change management plan related to HR Strategy
    • Prioritizes, proposes, and monitors budget accordingly
    • Guarantees the relevant/proper Job Grading methodology is used according to the Group referential and all related C&B applications
  • Leads employee relations and all related activities
    • Leads or participates in employee relations activities within the legal entity according to the organization
    • Is responsible for keeping or improving social climate and relationships with social representatives
    • Defines the competitiveness strategy for the Entity and the variation of costs and workforce according to organizational needs
    • Is responsible for diversity programs, well being at work, and leads local CSR actions
  • Manages the deployment of HR Policy and all related regulations
    • Is responsible for the deployment and the respect of the Group, BG, PG-PL-RO and legal entity HR Policies, and the legal provisions
    • Is responsible for Ethics & Compliance related to HR activities (anti-harassment, GDPR, etc.)
    • Manages disciplinary actions
    • Ensures the legal monitoring and the deployment of possible changes in the regulations
  • Manages 5 Axes through Employee Engagement Axis
    • Is the EE Axis owner
    • Defines and monitors EE deployment and improvement plan to get people's engagement
  • Is the company's HR representative externally
    • Ensures strong relationships with external stakeholders and other representatives linked to HR
    • Defines and deploys specific actions, and/or participates to events and meetings
    • Is responsible for the local Campus Management strategy deployment in relation to the Country Campus Manager
    • Is responsible for local/on site actions to organize and animate the Campus events
    • Creates close relationships with external stakeholders (public and private organizations)
  • Shares experience and best practices
    • Participates in transversal projects and working groups according to the needs and requests from the organization

Requirements

Must:

  • University degree or above
  • Strong in HR planning, recruiting, training, HR system, or labor relations.
  • Business level Japanese and English skills (with English communication with the head office in France)

Preferred:

  • Experience working for a foreign company or overseas
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry (automotive, electrical appliances, etc.)
