Working for this well-known Tasmanian retailer you will have prior experience across a broad range of products; clothing, outdoor living, hardware, sporting goods, seasonal merchandise, and everyday essentials. As the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and motivating a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales, profitability and store performance
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day
• Managing stock control, merchandising and store presentation
• Overseeing rosters, training and team development
• Maintaining strong financial controls and operational standards

As the Retail Store Manager, you may come from a big box outlet, smaller retail outlet or be an aspiring senior salesperson looking for a key management position. So, if you have:

• Proven retail leadership experience
• A strong focus on sales performance and customer service
• Ability to inspire, develop and engage teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
