ADAS Customer Project Manager (J&K OEM)

The Autonomous Mobility and Safety Business Area integrates safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics to ensure safe and comfortable driving. 

Position Summary:

Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project during
the development lifecycle, by leading and coordinating the project team to meet the project and customer's requirements together with the cost, time and quality targets. In addition has to fully support the sales team for the acquisition of additional projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Project Plan with cost, quality, risk analysis and timing throughout life of project
• Evaluate the necessary roles and define adequate project organization
• Manage the project team to realize the project objectives
• Actively manage and optimize the use of resources on project
• Manage problem resolution and change management process including impacts to project timing, cost, overall risks
• Carry out project and gate reporting and escalation of issues to Line Manager, Quality and Customer, Project Steering Committee, as required
• Establish and manage technical relationships with all internal and external parties (e.g. customer, suppliers)

Requirements

• University Degree in an Engineering field (Faculty of Automation and Computer Science Engineering, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering)
• Project management methodology knowledge and experience
• Has experience of launching at least 1 project
• Development process knowledge (software/hardware/mechanical development methods; product development lifecycle)
• Good knowledge of automotive standards
• Basic knowledge about production processes for electronic devices
• Organization and networking skills
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English (Fluent)
