1st and 2nd shift openings

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate roll forming equipment to produce quality steel components from blueprints and specifications.
• Perform machine adjustments, inspections, and quality checks to ensure precision and consistency.
• Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient operation of equipment.
• Record production data and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Use a variety of tools, gauges, computerized controls, and material-handling equipment.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience operating industrial machinery; roll forming or rolling mill experience preferred.
• Experience working with steel is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Solid math and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
