Interim Home Manager Location: Leeds Rate: £300 per day Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next interim challenge? We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and results-driven Interim Home Manager to lead a residential care service through a period of positive development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care while driving quality, compliance and operational excellence. This role would suit an established Home Manager with a proven track record of improving services, supporting teams and achieving positive regulatory outcomes. The Role As Interim Home Manager, you will provide visible leadership across the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and compassionate care while supporting and developing a committed staff team. Key Responsibilities Provide strong day-to-day operational leadership of the residential care home. Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive and supportive culture. Drive continuous improvement across quality, compliance and governance. Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and best practice. Monitor occupancy, staffing levels, budgets and overall home performance. Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals and external stakeholders. Manage safeguarding, risk management and incident investigations effectively. Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of staff. Support the service through change management while maintaining exceptional standards of care. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or experienced Interim Home Manager within residential elderly care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation and quality standards. Proven experience improving compliance, performance and service quality. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused with the ability to lead through change. Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-focused care. What You'll Receive £300 per day.
