The Role:
As Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations across a large-scale civil development involving earthworks, drainage, water infrastructure, piping, kerbing, roading and general civil works.
You’ll report into the Project Manager and be responsible for coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors, with up to 60 subcontractors on site at peak periods.

As Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations across a large-scale civil development involving earthworks, drainage, water infrastructure, piping, kerbing, roading and general civil works.
You’ll report into the Project Manager and be responsible for coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors, with up to 60 subcontractors on site at peak periods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily site operations, including toolbox talks and hands-on supervision.
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials, crews and subcontractors.
- Planning daily and weekly activities to meet programme requirements.
- Interpreting plans and managing on-site problem solving.
- Driving safe, productive and high-quality delivery across site.
- Maintaining strong Health & Safety standards.
- Managing quality control, documentation and close-out requirements.
- Communicating clearly with crews, clients, project managers and subcontractors.
- Supporting project delivery through to completion.
You’ll be a practical civil supervisor or experienced foreman who knows how to get work done properly. You’ll have strong site credibility, a positive attitude and the ability to lead from the front.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ civil construction supervision experience.
- Strong background across earthworks, drainage, retaining, roading and subdivision works.
- Greenfield and brownfield project experience.
- Confidence reading plans, managing scope and scheduling work.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors.
- Strong Health & Safety, quality and documentation standards.
- Practical problem-solving ability.
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence.
- A willingness to stay hands-on when required.
- $90,000–$120,000 salary + vehicle, negotiable for the right person.
