The VP Commercial is responsible for leading and driving corporate account management, insurance and TPA partnerships, provider relations, and claims-related operations. This role plays a strategic and commercial function to ensure strong collaboration with insurance partners, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth within the healthcare ecosystem.

- Manage strategic relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients
- Develop and negotiate partnership models and commercial agreements
- Act as the main escalation point for key insurance and corporate partners
- Oversee provider relations and coordination with insurance/TPA partners
- Lead end-to-end claims operations, ensuring service quality, compliance, and efficiency
- Handle complex claim, service, and operational escalations
- Identify and drive new partnership and business opportunities
- Support growth initiatives through innovative commercial and partnership strategies
- Align partnership initiatives with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across partnership, claims, and provider relations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, medical, finance, legal, compliance)
- Represent the organization in senior-level external engagements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and governance requirements
- Monitor partner performance, claims turnaround, and service metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in operational and partnership effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field
- Medical background (e.g., medical doctor) is considered a strong advantage, particularly in supporting insurance and healthcare-related decision making
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, preferably with significant exposure in the insurance or TPA industry
- At least 5 years in a senior management role (Head level or above) with a strong track record
- Solid experience in provider relation, claims management, and operational leadership
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage
- Background in sales, agent, or broker management will be considered an added value
