Intuitive Advanced Development Manager

Mission:

• Manage advanced development projects and its dedicated team member.
• Manage advanced development team as IAD manager to enhance innovative products development and business acquisition activity.
• Lead RFI/RFQ and pre- production activities related to innovative projects with overseas colleagues together.

海外の同僚と一緒に革新的なプロジェクトに関連するRFI/RFQと前生産活動をリードします。

Responsibilities:

• Manage Advanced Development Projects and dedicated members

  • Build and follow corresponding with budget

  • Identify the needs in terms of dedicated and shared resources

  • Manage directly the dedicated resources

  • Organize the availability of shared resources with technical centres

  • Communicate with Japanese customers to adapt regional specific requirements into advanced development

• Manage Advanced Development Projects:

  • Contribute actively to the TDP collaboration with CIC & CIC RO product marketing function

  • Define action plans and projects according to the approved TDP

  • Contribute actively to the Product / Process Platform Strategy

  • Lead planning on advanced development concept with optimal system performance

  • Ensure on a permanent basis that the projects will answer to the latest needs of the customer, in accordance with the approved Product/Process Platform Development Strategy

  • Ensure wide IP protection

  • Supply complete standards (product/process, justification file, training …)

• Ensure the delivery and maintenance of Standards under his/her scope

  • Supply or Maintain complete standards (product/process, justification file, training …) along the advance development projects

  • Integrate Lessons Learned in the standards and update documentation

  • 承認されたＴＤＰに沿った行動計画・プロジェクトの策定

  • 製品・プロセスプラットフォーム戦略への積極的な貢献

  • システム性能を最適化した先進的な開発コンセプトの企画立案

  • 顧客の最新のニーズに対応したプロジェクトを永続的に保証する/

製品・プロセスプラットフォーム開発戦略

• 幅広いIP保護を確保する

• 完全な基準（製品・工程、正当化ファイル、トレーニングなど）を提供する。

• 彼/彼女の範囲内で標準の配信と保守を確実にする

  • 事前開発プロジェクトに沿って、完全な標準（製品/プロセス、正当化ファイル、トレーニングなど）を提供または維持

  • 標準で学んだ教訓を統合し、ドキュメントを更新する

Requirements

Skills required:

(All skills below are desired, but not mandatory)

• Development experience for either RF components or Camera components.

• Development experience of system engineering for SoC and Autosar or Linux.

• Development experience for functional safety and definition of safety policy with OEMs.

• Development experience for Cybersecurity and definition of the requirement with OEMs.

• Engineering degree and knowledge of Product Group (product/process standards)

• Personal skills to manage functional organization

• Financial skills about Product cost structure, pay back, …

• Native Japanese language and business level English skill are mandatory

• Experience in Advanced Product Development Strategy, Product Portfolio Management in automotive field (5/7 Years)

• Knowledge development knowhow (5/7 years)

• Get successful automotive development experience as Project development (3/5 years)

• Highly appreciated experience in development functions, two function at least

必要なスキル:

• RF部品、カメラ部品のいずれかの開発経験がある方。

• SoC、Autosar、Linux等のシステムエンジニア経験をお持ちの方。

• 機能安全に関する開発経験とOEMとの安全方針の定義。

• サイバースセキュリティに関する開発経験とOEMとの要件定義

• 技術系の学位と製品グループ（製品・工程規格）の知識をお持ちの方

• 機能的な組織を管理するための個人的なスキル

• ヴァレオ開発 方針、方法論またはそれに類するもの

• 製品のコスト構造についての財務スキル、ペイバック.....

• 日本語ーネイティブレベル、英語ービジネスレベル

• 自動車業界での Advanced Product Development StrategyやProduct Portfolio Management の経験（5/7年）

• 知識開発ノウハウ（5年/7年）

• プロジェクト開発で自動車開発の成功体験を得ている方（3年/5年）

• 開発機能の経験（少なくとも2つの機能）は大いに歓迎
