Production/CNC Operative

Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (early finish Friday at 4:00pm)
£13.38 per hour | Temporary to Permanent

We’re looking for a Production/CNC Operative to join a well-established, friendly team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a team environment. Whether you’re an experienced CNC Machine Operator or have transferable skills from a similar setting, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What you’ll be doing as a Production/CNC Operative:

• Operating CNC machinery to prepare products for manufacture
• Performing safety checks and adhering to health and safety standards
• Setting up machinery before production runs
• Conducting stock checks and inventory maintenance
• Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
• Supporting warehouse operations and product dispatch
• Working independently and as part of a close-knit team
