[Main Job Roles & Responsibilities & Accountabilities] This job is responsible for the methodological design and development of functional components and assemblies as part of an interdisciplinary, international project team. It is responsible for meeting targets in regard to the functionality, manufacturability, assembly as well as ensuring component costs in the scope of project planning in order to achieve Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) - Functional development of components and modules - Development of robust components and modules by fulfilling customer demands and applying Webasto standards - Creation and maintenance of parts lists - Contribution to quality assurance measures in the scope of APQP - Continual improvement and implementation of Lessons Learned Requirements [Required technical skills / knowledge / experiences] - Mechanical design experiences in the automotive industry - CAD skills [Others] - Age : Mid 20Åfs - Mid 30Åfs, young and potential candidate prefer - Prefer the person in automotive Tier 1, 2 or OEM, not engineer as liaison only in foreign-owned subsidiary - Work experience in the company whose factory is located in same site or close - Design something mechanical ones drive or move in the car, such as seat, wiper or etcÅc - No allergy to English or Japanese level is business (speaking, writing and reading)
