Our client is seeking temporary support for an HR Administrator to assist the HR and Recruitment team with a range of day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR administration, onboarding and recruitment within a large, supportive team. Initially a 3-month temporary contract, there is potential for the role to be extended. This role is for an immediate start so apply now.
 
The Role
You'll provide administrative support across a range of HR functions, including:
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Arranging police checks, pre-employment medicals and other screening requirements
  • Booking training sessions and maintaining training records
  • Scheduling interviews and providing recruitment administration support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team
About You
  • Previous administration experience (HR experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
