ADAS System Lead Engineer

Mission: The System Lead Engineer (SLE) is end to end responsible for the activities in the discipline system including releasing the technical maturity of the overall product and realizing the product build(s) from an engineering perspective. He/she is the overall leader for requirements management in the project.

• Manages and drives the system team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality.
• Align interfaces between the disciplines to ensure a robust product / system.
• Drives product architecture alignments (including functional safety) and releases customized product specification.
• Leads overall requirements engineering in the project with full responsibility for system, FSM and product related topics. Responsible to consolidate, monitor and drive other disciplines to ensure on time execution of requirements engineering activities.
• Ensures successful realization of the sample builds. Brings together the work products of the domains, supports plant activities and assures product is available according to the BOM on time.
• Secures industrialization (sample and series build) with plant from an engineering perspective.
• Manages all required type approvals and licenses.
• Prepares and performs product releases to ensure all necessary activities are performed and the required release documents are available for final release by the MLC release director.

• Architecture of Radar, Camera, or Laser based sensor: Advanced
• Communication skills (Japanese): Basic
• Communication skills (English): Advanced
• Homologation : Basic
• Requirement Engineering : Advanced
• Product Manufacturing Process: Basic
• MLC Process : Advanced
• Engineering at college/university or have an equivalent knowledge.
• 3 years or more experience in defining requirements and specification or in designing products as Software, Electrical, or Mechanical engineer.
• At least 2 successfully completed projects
• Leading project team in technical point of view
• Worked in international team for 2 years.
