WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

• This Business Development & Sales Manager position will have you reporting to the General Manager, playing a key role in shaping global commercial strategy.
• Drive and execute international sales growth across orthopaedic trauma markets, aligned to revenue and margin targets.
• Manage and develop distributor and partner networks, including negotiating agreements and setting performance KPIs.
• Take ownership of pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin optimisation to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Identify and activate new market opportunities, leveraging industry networks and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, regulatory, and quality teams to align business objectives.
• National and international travel required (approx. 20%).

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in orthopaedics, this is a must!
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue in orthopaedic sales.
• Strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital networks.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in theatre environments.
• Tertiary qualification in business, science, or health-related discipline.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
• You must have full working rights for Australia and be vaccinated against COVID-19.
