The role:
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of building services across large-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.

The role:
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of building services across large-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Supporting the design development, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of building services
- Managing and coordinating multi-discipline services packages (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, BMS, etc.)
- Working with consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and constructability issues
- Assisting with value engineering and services optimisation
- Monitoring short-term programmes and site progress
- Ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards and relevant authorities
- Degree or Trade qualified in qualified in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience working for a head contractor or major subcontractor working on commercial construction projects
- Strong technical understanding of building services
- Confident working in a site-based delivery role
- Work on major refurbishment and fit-out projects across Sydney
