Process Analyst - SAP Signavio

This is: the job
We're seeking a Process Analyst with strong SAP Signavio experience to help maintain and enhance enterprise business process documentation and governance frameworks. Working across a broad range of business functions, you'll partner with stakeholders to capture, document and maintain end-to-end business processes, ensuring they are accurately represented and aligned to established standards.

This is a highly visible role that will see you working closely with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to improve process transparency, maintain documentation quality and support effective process governance. If you enjoy combining strong analytical thinking with stakeholder engagement and process modelling expertise, this could be the role for you.

This is: what you'll do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end business process models using SAP Signavio
• Capture and document current-state business processes, ensuring documentation quality and consistency
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather, validate and refine process information
• Translate operational requirements into structured BPMN-compliant process models
• Manage process hierarchies, metadata and documentation within the enterprise repository
• Capture process attributes, system interactions, roles and supporting documentation within SAP Signavio
• Collaborate with Process Owners and SMEs to ensure documentation remains accurate and current
• Apply governance standards across process documentation and repository management
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for standardisation
• Support ongoing business process management and governance activities

• 3 – 5 years experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Documentation, Business Analysis or Process Governance
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager
• Solid BPMN 2.0 process modelling capability
• Experience maintaining enterprise process repositories
• Understanding of process governance frameworks and controls
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate complex business activities into clear, structured process documentation
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to SAP environments will be highly regarded
