ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to move beyond transactional customer service? This is an exciting opportunity to build your career as a Client Executive, becoming a trusted point of contact for your own portfolio of clients. You’ll build relationships, solve problems and work closely with insurers and internal specialists to deliver great outcomes, retain clients and uncover opportunities for growth.

DUTIES
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
- Own client enquiries from initial conversation through to resolution
- Understand your clients’ needs and proactively deliver solutions
- Partner with insurers and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Support clients through more complex claims-related matters
- Strengthen existing relationships through proactive account management
- Identify opportunities for retention, growth and new business
- Deliver consistently high standards of client service while maintaining compliance requirements

- Experience within insurance or financial services is highly regarded
- Strong customer service, account management or client-facing experience
- A natural ability to build rapport and develop trusted relationships
- Confident, professional communication skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to solve problems
- An interest in developing your commercial and insurance knowledge
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications are advantageous
- A genuine step up for someone looking to progress beyond traditional customer service
