ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to build your career in B2B sales and FinTech. You'll prospect businesses across a range of industries, connect with decision-makers and uncover opportunities to improve how they manage international payments and FX. With a structured sales academy, hands-on coaching and uncapped commission, you'll have the support and opportunity to develop quickly and progress your career.
  
DUTIES

• Prospect new business clients through high-volume outbound activity and targeted research
• Connect with business owners and key decision-makers across a range of industries
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' international payments and FX processes
• Build a strong pipeline through approximately 100 outbound calls per day
• Book meetings and create opportunities for new client acquisition
• Develop your commercial knowledge across financial markets, global trade and FinTech
• Drive new business while working towards individual and team KPIs
• Collaborate with experienced sales leaders and internal teams to convert opportunities into long-term clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR, SaaS, telco, banking or another target-driven environment
• Confident picking up the phone and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Resilient and motivated by targets, competition and achieving results
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage business decision-makers
• Commercially curious with an interest in business, finance or international markets
• Motivated to learn, develop and build a long-term career in sales
• No previous FX experience required – comprehensive training is provided
