ABOUT THE ROLE
Take ownership of creating a seamless, welcoming and well-organised workplace. Reporting to an Executive Business Partner, you'll coordinate office operations, suppliers, events, onboarding and employee initiatives while guiding an established Office Coordinator. You'll also support business travel, expenses and general administration, making this an ideal role for a proactive Office Manager who loves variety, people and getting things done.

DUTIES
- Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the Sydney office
- Coordinate facilities, suppliers, workplace services and office supplies
- Guide and delegate tasks to an established Office Coordinator
- Organise internal events, catering, celebrations and engagement initiatives
- Support smaller offices nationally with catering, events and workplace requirements
- Coordinate onboarding activities and create a welcoming experience for new starters
- Deliver employee recognition initiatives, service milestones and celebrations
- Support internal communications across the business
- Create polished communications and simple event collateral
- Coordinate boardrooms, hybrid meetings and internal events
- Arrange business and Senior Leadership Team travel through FCM Travel
- Process expenses through Concur and coordinate invoices and general administration
- Maintain organised documentation and digital records
- Provide professional, discreet support around senior stakeholders and the CEO's office
- Help maintain a safe, professional and well-functioning workplace
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator or in a similar office operations role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to independently manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset - you notice what needs doing and take ownership without waiting to be asked
- Experience coordinating office facilities, suppliers, events and workplace services
- Confidence guiding and delegating work to another team member
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally friendly, approachable style
- Professional presentation and discretion when working with senior stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, ideally including SharePoint
- Experience using Concur, FCM Travel or similar systems advantageous
- Canva or similar design skills would be a welcome bonus
- Strong attention to detail and practical, delivery-focused approach
- Competitive salary of $90,000 + super
