Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager for one of our clients! They specialize in helping plumbers across North America scale their business through online lead generation. They are a small but lean team of under 10 people that has mastered their craft at Google ads & Facebook advertising. Our client is on a mission to help plumbers live extraordinary lives by building the business of their dreams and leaving a legacy for themselves and others. 

With over 5 years of hands-on experience in creating advanced sales business growth systems; they have created an award-winning program that is taking the industry by storm; not only providing lead generation but ongoing coaching & support calls to help keep plumbers accountable & motivated to scale.

The Founder realized he loved plumbing after scaling a shop from $300,000 to 2 million in 12 months. After identifying key problems in the industry; it didn’t take long before he realized that there was a need in the market to help shop owners with high-quality jobs. After installing essential pillars at a shop in NYC & successfully scaling in 2018, he quit his job & set on a mission to help other shop owners. After a few years of working with different kinds of local plumbing companies; he realized that this system was possible to bring to any shop with the right mindset & determination.

Structure & Compensation

• Full Time & Fully Remote! (EST, PST, or CST Working Hours)
• Salary Range $70,000 to $80,000 USD a year (Depends on Experience)
• OTE Can Reach North of $100,000 USD Per Year with 

the “Business Manager Profit Sharing Program (See Below)

• The goal is to ramp you up as fast as possible and become the Business Manager for the organization. You will work 1-on-1 alongside the Founder, take everything off his plate, and learn every aspect of the business over time. 
• Your mission is to free up the Founder to focus on innovation and working “in the future” so the team can stay ahead of the curve; ultimately serving as the right-hand lady or man 
• On Target Earnings for this position is above $100,000 USD + With the Profit Share Program

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations of our client’s company and their client fulfillment. This means leading meetings, managing teams, solving problems, improving policies and procedures, and working with their team to help strategize and implement growth projects.

Requirements

• 4 years + of experience in management, operations and leadership required
• Previous experience helping scale a company from an operations perspective ->minimum in sales $300,000 to $5,000,000+ annually.
• Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit or who have run their own business are encouraged to apply
• 1+ years experience in digital marketing is highly preferred
• Experience with software like monday.com, zoom, slack

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision
• Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions
• Manage the day-to-day business of the operations, customer service, call center, and advertising departments
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
• Help promote a company culture that is built on growth, accountability and performance
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Work with the Team to develop the company's short and long term goals, and assist in managing the projects
• Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics
• Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
• Conduct short and long-term business experiments to test potential policy and operational changes
• Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
• Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve problems of medium complexity involving clients and team, and escalate to the team as needed
• Assess a variety of situations and provide clarity to the team, clients and team
• Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology
• Proactively address operational concerns and issues and monitor overall customer satisfaction
