Registered Manager Location: Cambridge Salary: £65,000-£70,000 per annum Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care? The Role Lead the day-to-day operation of a residential care service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. Maintain full CQC compliance and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement. Inspire, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive and supportive working environment. Drive occupancy, financial performance and effective budget management. Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, governance, audits and risk management. Ensure safe staffing, effective recruitment, retention and colleague development. Champion dignity, independence and compassionate care throughout the service. About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an elderly residential or nursing care setting. Registered with CQC or eligible to register. Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards. Proven leadership, people management and operational experience. Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy. Passionate about delivering outstanding resident outcomes through compassionate leadership.
