Customer Service Representative
Location: Scotia, NY (Fully Onsite)
Work Hours: 8:00AM – 4:30PM M-F
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $20 - $25/hr.
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support client accounts from order placement through production and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. While this position includes some billing-related support, the primary focus is customer service and job coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist customers with questions related to orders, pricing, timelines, and delivery
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and professional communication
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems
  • Build positive, long-term client relationships through excellent service
  • Coordinate print and promotional jobs from order entry through production and fulfillment
  • Track job progress and provide updates to customers as needed
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
  • Experience in a manufacturing, print, or production environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel
