We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a well regarded private school in North Parramatta on a temporary basis, providing leave cover throughout June.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of an organisation and thrives in a busy, people focused environment.
The Role As the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the school's reception area.
Please note: A valid Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required for this role. Candidates who do not currently hold one must be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the main reception desk
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Greeting and signing in visitors
• Managing deliveries and incoming mail
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Providing general administrative support as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk or Administration position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A professional and friendly approach
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Part time hours, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm
• $35 per hour + super
