With a strong reputation in ServiceNow, IT Service Management, digital transformation and technology consulting, they partner with major organisations to deliver mission-critical business and technology outcomes.

Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 Security Clearance to support high-profile Defence and Government customers.

About the Role
This is a hands-on development role within a mature ServiceNow practice supporting enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, integrations and platform optimisation initiatives.

You will work alongside architects, consultants, technical leads and project delivery teams to design, build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Designing and building integrations using REST, SOAP and API technologies
• Customising modules across the ServiceNow platform
• Developing catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and workflow automation
• Supporting platform upgrades, enhancements and ongoing optimisation
• Working directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contributing to development standards, governance and platform best practice
• Supporting delivery across Defence and Government transformation programs

The Successful Candidate

You will bring:

• Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
• 6+ years' ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIs
• Experience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS highly regarded
