Technical Operator - Madrid

We're partnering with an industry leader in virtual advertising technology that's changing the way live sports are broadcast around the world. As demand continues to grow, they're expanding their operations team and looking for experienced Broadcast Technical Operators to join them.

If you've worked as a Graphics Operator (Vizrt, Chyron, etc.), Multi-Skilled Operator, MCR Operator, or in another live broadcast technical operations role, this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in an exciting and fast-growing area of sports broadcasting.

We're also keen to hear from experienced Senior Operators or Supervisors with leadership experience in live broadcast environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating cutting-edge virtual advertising technology during live sports broadcasts
• Working alongside production teams, engineers and clients to deliver seamless broadcasts
• Monitoring live feeds and troubleshooting technical issues in real time
• Following and improving operational workflows to maintain broadcast quality
• Thriving in a fast-paced live production environment

What we're looking for:

• Experience in broadcast operations (Graphics, MCR, Multi-Skilled Ops or similar)
• Experience working in live sports, news or live production environments
• Understanding of broadcast signal flow and technical troubleshooting
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
• A collaborative team player who's keen to learn new technologies
• Flexibility to work weekends and live event schedules

Nice to have:

• Experience with virtual advertising platforms such as Supponor, UniqFEED, Viz Arena or similar
• Knowledge of virtual graphics or augmented reality workflows
• Previous team leadership experience (for Senior Operator/Supervisor opportunities)
