Line Inspector / Production Technician – 2nd Shift

This role is responsible for inspecting products for defects, monitoring product quality and fill levels, assisting with machine setup and cleanup, and supporting packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Furst Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Line Inspector/Production Technician for a local manufacturing company. This role is responsible for inspecting products for defects, monitoring product quality and fill levels, assisting with machine setup and cleanup, and supporting packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime required as needed)
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor product flow and packaging quality during production
- Complete production and batch documentation accurately
- Perform ERP transactions using RF scanners or computers
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup
- Follow all SOPs, GMPs, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support continuous improvement and team initiatives
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to multitask in a production setting
- Basic report writing and communication skills
