Senior Quality Engineer

About the Company

Our client is a global provider of branding, product identification, RFID, supply chain traceability, trims, and packaging solutions, serving leading international consumer brands.

The Role

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will drive the continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). You will lead quality investigations, compliance initiatives, supplier quality improvement, and support sustainability and operational excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Review and update SOPs to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to enhance quality performance.
• Support quality, sustainability, and compliance projects across the business.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits.
• Handle ad hoc quality-related assignments.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of quality engineering or quality management experience in manufacturing, packaging, trims, sourcing, trading, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, PDCA, DMAIC, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• ISO 9001/14001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, and social compliance standards (e.g. FSC, GRS, OEKO-TEX®, SMETA, BSCI, ISO 45001) is preferred.
