THE COMPANY

Our client is a global leader in the healthcare and medical device sector, working with some of the largest health systems across the United States. With a reputation built on clinical innovation, supply chain expertise, and long-term partnership with hospital networks, they are now looking to appoint an OR Clinical Specialist to support a key account in the Bronx, New York City.

THE ROLE

This is an on-site clinical solutions position embedded within a major health system in the Bronx, covering four hospital locations in close proximity. You will act as the clinical expert and primary point of contact for the account, leading preference card organisation and clean-up projects, partnering with supply chain teams to drive efficiency and informed decision-making, and providing ongoing clinical consultative support across the perioperative environment.

Day-to-day, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical and supply chain stakeholders, presenting at professional-level meetings, preparing agendas and documenting outcomes, analysing data to support decision-making, and acting as a trusted clinical resource across the health system.

THE PERSON

  • Licensed RN or Operating Room Technician
  • Minimum 5 years Operating Room clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preference card organisation and clean-up project experience
  • Supply chain knowledge and experience partnering with supply chain teams
  • Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to commute to the Bronx five days per week

THE PACKAGE

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 DOE
