Beaumont Legal Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Scottish law firm as it continues to invest in the growth of its Employment team.
 
We are currently recruiting for two Employment Solicitors to join this well-established and respected practice. Opportunities are available for both a solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE and a more senior solicitor with 6+ years' PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team that advises a broad portfolio of employer clients, including a number of recognised national brands and household names. The Opportunity
 
You will advise clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, working with businesses operating across a variety of sectors.
The role offers exposure to high-quality work including:

• Advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters, from day-to-day advisory work through to complex strategic issues.
• Representing clients in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Advising on restructures, collective redundancies, TUPE transfers, collective consultation and organisational change projects.
• Managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex matters.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate, Commercial Property, Immigration, Tax, Pensions and other specialist teams.
• Delivering employment law training, seminars and webinars to clients and professional contacts.
• Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.

About You
 
We are keen to speak with Scottish or English qualified Employment Solicitors who have experience advising employer clients across a range of sectors.
The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience advising commercial clients on a wide range of employment matters.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to providing advice.
• The confidence to work independently whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team.
• Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
