Commercial Legal Director

Due to this growth, a role has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Commercial Director to join their well-regarded Commercial Property team.

In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will represent a diverse range of clients and work on a varied workload, including:

• Commercial leasing
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development projects (including renewable energy option agreements, leases, and infrastructure projects)
• Project due diligence
• Corporate support
• Property finance 

This role is ideal for a senior solicitor/senior associate/legal director with experience in commercial property work who is eager to further develop their career.
