Head Chef for Multi-site event space
Become the Head Chef at this prestigious multi-site event space, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of chefs, delivering high-quality, fresh food to our diverse clientele across a range of hospitality offerings, from our restaurant to our hospitality boxes and retail cafes.

Highlights of the Role:

• Lead a talented team of chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests on race days & events.
• Manage a varied menu, including a 4/4/4 choice restaurant, buffet-style offerings for owners and trainers, and a canteen-style menu for stable lads and lasses
• Utilise our online ordering and menu planning system to ensure efficient operations and accurate allergen information

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef, with a proven track record of managing high-volume, fresh food operations
• Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, delicious dishes
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team of chefs
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to coordinate multiple dining offerings simultaneously
• Proficient in utilising online ordering and menu planning systems to streamline operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal culinary training or a recognised chef's qualification
• Extensive experience in a similar high-volume, hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the Executive Director and Area Head Chef

The Package

• Salary £45k per year
