About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fresh food environment
- Background in both fresh food, cook to order restaurant service and event catering
- Hands-on leadership style with experience managing small teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens
- Level 3 Food Safety
- Passionate about fresh, high-quality food
- Creative with a flair for menu development
- Calm under pressure and highly adaptable
- Team-focused with strong communication skills
- Due to the rural location, own transport is essential (no public transport access)
