About the Role:
Due to recent project wins, we’re looking for a qualified carpenter to step into the role of Lead Hand / Site Foreman, working closely with an experienced site manager.

• Initial Project: Commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• You'll also work on several luxury residential projects throughout Sydney.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate sub-contractors and site labour, ensuring high standards of performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Be the key point of contact for daily site activities and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Carpentry Trade Qualified with previous commercial or luxury residential experience.
• A stable work history and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Experience in managing industrial relations and resolving site-based issues.
• High energy, determination, and a focus on project delivery.
