We are partnering with a leading multinational FMCG organization to identify an experienced Regional Senior HSE Manager who will drive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with country and plant leadership teams to strengthen HSE performance, build organizational capability, and champion a proactive safety culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Regional HSE Leadership

• Develop and execute regional HSE strategies aligned with business objectives and global standards.
• Provide strategic direction and governance to ensure consistent implementation of HSE programs across manufacturing sites.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed a strong safety-first mindset throughout the organization.

Multi-Site Operations Support

• Provide guidance and oversight to manufacturing facilities across the region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements.
• Monitor HSE performance, identify emerging risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Share best practices and drive standardization across multiple operations.

Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 people, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Support site leadership teams in strengthening HSE capability and accountability.
• Promote employee engagement through coaching, training, and leadership development initiatives.

Risk Management & Operational Excellence

• Lead risk assessment programs and drive proactive hazard identification across manufacturing operations.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and environmental sustainability.

Compliance & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, corporate standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and communicate performance trends to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of HSE experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading HSE programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English with the ability to work effectively in a regional, multicultural environment.
