Business Analyst - 60K - 85K - Insurance (12 months)

My client is a leading insurance organization, currently building out a centralised transformation team and is seeking experienced Business Analysts to drive technological changes across key functions.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process optimization, translating operational challenges into scalable transformation initiatives. This role is focused on improving customer journeys, operational efficiency, and Straight Through Processing (STP). The engagement will begin as a 12-months renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to support AI, automation, and digital initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and document business requirements, current & future-state processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and operational teams.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Process Analyst, or Transformation Analyst within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of one of the following domains: Onboarding, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Agency Servicing, or Distribution.
• Experience in transformation, process optimization, business process re-engineering, operational excellence, or STP initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, RPA, or process improvement programs is highly desirable.
