    Essential Requirements

    • Minimum 6–12 months recent experience as a Patient Care Assistant / Personal Care Assistant within hospitals or healthcare facilities
    • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
    • Working With Children Check (where applicable)
    • Full Australian working rights
    • Current vaccination evidence in line with hospital requirements
    • Ability to provide patient-centred care with professionalism and compassion
