We are currently recruiting qualified and dedicated Personal Care Workers for casual opportunities within aged care facilities located in the Gold Coast and surrounds.

Position Summary

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, safety, and wellbeing in a professional care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
  
• Participate in the implementation and review of resident care plans.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
  
• Uphold resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
  
• Work effectively within a team-based facility environment.
  

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (Required)
  
• Prior experience in residential aged care settings is mandatory.
  
• Full Australian working rights.
  
• Current Driver’s Licence.
  
• National Police Check.
  
• Flu Vaccinated yearly
  
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
