Warehouse Technician / Material Handler
Location: Shelton, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to support both warehouse and production operations. This position requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable operating forklifts, using scanners, staging orders, and loading trailers while ensuring materials are moved efficiently throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, inventory, and finished goods
  • Use handheld scanners to track inventory and material movement
  • Stage orders for shipment and production requirements
  • Load and unload trailers
  • Move finished pallets to designated storage and shipping areas
  • Support production floor activities as needed
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to stage, load, and move materials efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
